S-14, ground level, fully covered under building slab so no rain issues at all. Space is good for Maruti Swift, Honda City, Hyundai i20 type cars. Society has a boom barrier, security guard round the clock and CCTV at entry. My second slot is sitting empty since I sold my old car. Looking for someone trustworthy, preferably from nearby flats or working in Koyambedu market side. Monthly only, no daily rentals. 2 month advance. Come see it any morning before 10am.
