Safe Covered Parking in HSR Layout for Sedan and SUV

I have a covered parking slot available in my apartment complex in HSR Layout Sector 2, Bangalore. The slot is on the ground floor of a two-level stilt building, so there is absolutely no worry about leaking during rains. Very clean area, no water logging, well-lit with tube lights. The security guard at the gate logs all vehicles entering and leaving. My family is shifting the second car outside the city temporarily, so this slot is going unused for the next several months at least. Looking for someone reliable and responsible. Monthly rent negotiable for long-term tenants.
